ADHD is manifested by difficulties in maintaining focus, a tendency to be easily distracted, a lack of organization, and a tendency to avoid tasks that require sustained mental effort, impulsivity such as; hasty actions without prior thought, difficulty in delaying gratification, and a tendency to interrupt others. Those symptoms can have significant repercussions on many aspects of daily life for example:

I will working on those issues separately. I will tailor techniques and exercises specifically to your needs. Identification of obstacles to change is a key stage in the coaching process. However, identification of resources such as person's qualities, skills and values, is as important as stumbling blocks. These resources might include creativity, determination, curiosity or optimism.
Format of the Elementary Sessions
Duration of each session is 50min and every issue blocks includes 4 sessions.

Assessment
The assessment aims to explore the internal and external factors that can facilitate or humper a client's progress towards their goals. It also includes psychoeducation if needed.
2. Self-awareness
This session is based on homework of your own observation, ideas and key points of the problems you are struggling with. Proposition of strategy, what may work or not.
3. Package of tailored exercises and techniques, explanation and psychoeducation.
4.Check in

ADHD has a significant impact on family dynamics and functioning. The challenges related to the disorder, such as impulsivity, inattention, or disorganization, can generate tension and conflict within the family. ADHD coaching in a family context aims to support the entire family in managing these challenges and improving family life quality. One of the main focuses of family coaching is the support of parents in developing parenting skills tailored to the specific needs of their ADHD child. I will help parents better understand their child's functioning, adjust their expectations, and implement nurturing and structuring educational strategies.
Format of the Family Sessions
Duration of each session is 60min and every issue blocks includes 6 sessions.

Assessment with parents and with child 30min each. It is crucial to hear about difficulties from both sides to manage realistic expectations of coaching.
